Well,almost everyone in the continent is in a position of pausing for a picture or even videos but if you may ask them who invented the act of taking photographs he/she can not explain. After all,this is a new era ,new generation. First of all,photography is the act of taking pictures while photojournalism is journalism that uses images to tell a News Story. The first photograph to be used in illustration of a newspaper story was a depiction of barricades in Paris during the June days uprising on 25th July 1848 by Fenton. Photos were used to enhance the text rather than the act as a medium of information in its own right.
